Simon is a British entrepreneur and business angel living in Monaco.
He is active on numerous boards and has a keen interest in corporate governance.

Simon is the CEO of DEDPA, a Monaco based importer of food.
Simon is also an active business angel. He is a Non Executive Director of SLB (Legal Firm), Made In Italy Ventures (Digital Platform) and Gipstech Srl (Tech company). He is also a board advisor to Tekpea and Yonderbound, both US companies. He is partner of Italian Angels for growth the main business angels group in Italy. Ultimately, he has become a promoter of Corporate Governance principles in non-quoted companies and is an author of a book on this subject. Simon earned an executive MBA from SDA Bocconi and lectures about business angels at Bocconi and entrepreneurship at the International University of Monaco.
